Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L.) is a fruit originating from the tropics which belongs to Clusiaceae family and has become commodity with many enthusiasts various countries. Previous research shown that mangosteen peel extract tremendous potential be developed as an ingredient in herbal medicine. contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, antihistamine, antidiabetic, anticancer, so on. The results of phytochemical screening test 95% ethanol on rind showed it contained flavonoid compounds, saponins, alkaloids, triterpenoids, tannins polyphenols. There no data effect exposure pericarip simplicia, therefore necessary study decoction animal models Wader Pari Fish (Rasbora lateristriata), parameters such morphology bone structure larvae wader fish lateristriata).
